Set in a superb central location 7 miles east of Inverness,
amidst 210 acres of family-run arable farmland with beef cattle, sheep and growing grain.

The 3 cottages form an L shape and are surrounded by a large grass garden area, with heather borders in front of each cottage. They are all self contained and fully equipped. Please note that both Birch and Pine cottages have steep stairs to the upstairs bedrooms. Birch Cottage - 4 Stars Situated at one end is in the best position to catch the afternoon sun. It sleeps up to 6 people in one double and one twin room (downstairs) and one double room (upstairs). This is the largest of the three cottages with a separate dining area just off the lounge. The main areas are carpeted throughout with a shell patterned green wool carpet. The three bedrooms have pretty floral duvet covers and matching throws. There is one bathroom with bath, hand shower and toilet. The small kitchen is fully equipped including electric cooker, microwave and washer/dryer Rowan Cottage - 3 Stars The middle cottage and the smallest of the three. It has one double and two small single rooms, lounge with dining area, one bathroom with shower, bath and toilet and a small fully equipped kitchen. Pine Cottage - 3 Stars One twin room upstairs and two double rooms which are both on the ground floor (one of which has ensuite facilities). It has a lounge with dining area, one other bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Prices for Easter Dalziel Cottages From £160 to £510 per week Low season £160 - £175 Mid season price per unit £235 - £335 High season price per unit £380 - £510 GENERAL INFO: Kitchens are fully equipped including electric cookers, fridges, microwaves and washing machines. Heating - The cottages are fully heated throughout, by a combination of panel heaters (bedrooms), and storage heaters and a focal point fire in the lounge. This total control heating system uses cheap rate electricity day and night. Fresh linen (sheets and pillowcases) and towels supplied with each let, and are changed weekly. Price includes VAT at 17.5%, hire of linen and towels. Electricity is extra - the amount used is calculated by meter reading. Meters are read at the beginning and end of a stay Telephones are connected for incoming calls only. Pets well behaved pets are allowed provided they are kept well under control and not left in the cottages unattended at any time.

How To Book Your Accommodation Check vacancies with us. Then to confirm your booking we require a deposit of £50 per cottage per week. This is payable by: MasterCard or Visa. For this we require credit card number, expiry date, name and address of cardholder. For security reasons it is safer either to email the number separately in two parts or telephone or fax it to us on 01667 462213. Cheque made payable to Mr. RM Pottie. Cheques must be in sterling and have a British clearing bank code number. The balance is to be paid one month before arrival.
